Preparation Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add chicken breasts and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. In the same pot, add bow tie pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool pasta under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, and green onions. Toss to mix.
  4. In a medium measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and parsley until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss gently. Fold in grapes, pasta, and almonds.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with pepper, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
