- Wash 1 cup of fresh strawberries, remove stems, and hull them. Blend with 1/4 cup of pineapple juice until smooth for the strawberry base.
- Rinse the blender, then add 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, 3/4 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of ice cubes, and 1 cup of coconut milk. Blend on high until smooth.
- Fill tall glasses 25% full with the strawberry base. Top with the blended coconut and pineapple mixture to create a gradient.
- Gently use a straw or spoon to swirl layers together without mixing too vigorously.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a fresh strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately.
