- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of tequila and 1/2 cup of water over medium heat. Stir until warm, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of corn syrup to the warm mixture, stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes until sugar dissolves.
- Lower the heat and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin over the liquid. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- After blooming, stir gently for a few minutes to eliminate lumps.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare your gummy mold by lightly greasing it with non-stick spray or oil.
- Pour the cooled gummy mixture into the prepared molds, filling them evenly.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for 2-3 hours.
- Gently remove gummies from molds and dust with edible glitter.
