- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare hard-boiled eggs by boiling them in covered saucepan for 10 minutes, then placing in an ice bath.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold cooled pasta, chopped egg whites, red onion, and green onions into the bowl with the dressing.
- Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with extra green onions and paprika.
