  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles undrained
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded, aged or Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing spicy ranch for extra kick
For the Shell
  • 12 pieces Frozen Phyllo Tart Shells or mini pie crusts/wonton wrappers

Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Ranch Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes and green chiles. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the beef mixture with cheddar cheese and ranch dressing in a medium bowl. Stir until mixed.
  5. Fill each tart shell with the taco filling, avoiding overfilling.
  6. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the shells are golden and the filling is bubbling.
