  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese substitute with any aged cheese if desired
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles sweet pickles can be used for a milder flavor
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs such as parsley or dill
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard yellow mustard can be used for a milder taste

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender, then drain and cool completely.

  3. Cut cooled potatoes into chunks and combine with bacon, cheddar cheese, and dill pickles.
