Cook according to package instructions for about 8–10 minutes until just undercooked; they will finish cooking later. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside in a bowl while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the freshly minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet with the sautéed garlic. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink and reaches a golden brown color.
  4. Stir in the vibrant broccoli florets into the skillet and cook for another 3–4 minutes, allowing them to brighten in color and become tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the soy sauce and chili paste over the chicken and broccoli mixture, ensuring the ingredients are evenly coated. Stir everything together for about 2 minutes.
  6. Gently fold the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing them with the chicken and broccoli until they are completely combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
