Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated pear, minced garlic, and sesame seeds for bibim sauce.
  4. Boil water and cook somyeon noodles for about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. In a serving bowl, combine chilled noodles with bibim sauce. Toss and top with sliced chicken and garnishes.
  6. Serve immediately with garnishes and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
