Preparation Steps

  2. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely for 15-20 minutes, then strain through a sieve into a clean jar.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and add 1 tablespoon of the syrup to each glass.
  4. Pour in ginger ale and pear nectar over the ice, stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig or a slice of pear on the rim and serve immediately.
