Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon until well incorporated.
  3. Peel and mash the bananas until you have about 1 1/4 cups of mashed bananas.
  4. Add the mashed bananas to the dry ingredients along with the maple syrup and an egg (or flax egg). Mix until combined.
  5. Portion out about 1.5 tablespoons of dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  6. Bake for 26-30 minutes until the centers are set and golden around the edges.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
