- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon until well incorporated.
- Peel and mash the bananas until you have about 1 1/4 cups of mashed bananas.
- Add the mashed bananas to the dry ingredients along with the maple syrup and an egg (or flax egg). Mix until combined.
- Portion out about 1.5 tablespoons of dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for 26-30 minutes until the centers are set and golden around the edges.
