  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika or regular paprika

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or water/vegetable broth

Step-by-Step Instructions for Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
  1. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Take the pork butt and generously massage the prepared spice rub all over the meat.
  3. Place the seasoned pork butt inside the slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth over the pork.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low for 8 to 10 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the lid and shred the meat with two forks in the slow cooker.
  6. Serve the shredded pork on buns, in tacos, or over rice.
