Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel and devein shrimp, cut asparagus, and slice mushrooms.
  2. Marinate shrimp with soy sauce and a pinch of salt; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
