Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cleaning and deveining the shrimp while ensuring the clams and crab legs are rinsed under cold water. Set a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat.
  2. Once the water is rolling, add the corn and boil for about 5 minutes until it turns bright yellow and tender.
  3. After the corn has boiled, carefully add the clams and crab legs to the pot. Cover with a lid and allow everything to boil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open up.
  4. While the seafood cooks, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add minced garlic.
  5. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Mix in Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice.
  6. Drain the seafood and corn, then transfer to a large serving platter. Pour the garlic butter sauce over everything and toss gently.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley for a vibrant finish and serve lemon wedges on the side.
