Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Allow the butter to foam and bubble slightly, indicating it’s hot and ready.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and light golden brown.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of water, followed by 2 tablespoons of gochujang. Stir until fully incorporated and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Carefully add your frozen soup dumplings to the simmering sauce, cover the pot, and allow the dumplings to steam for about 12 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the lid and turn off the heat. Generously sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over the dumplings.
- Just before serving, garnish with freshly chopped sage or chives for a pop of color and freshness.
