  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Gruyere) For topping.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  5. Fold in the cooled shrimp and lump crab meat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Split the large flaky biscuits in half and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  7. Spoon the creamy filling onto each biscuit half and top with shredded cheese.
  8. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and serve warm.
