Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by quartering the medium yellow onion and a generous bunch of fresh parsley. Place both in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef with the chopped onion and parsley mixture, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
  3. Take small portions of the meat mixture and mold them onto skewers, forming them into cylindrical shapes about 1-1.5 inches thick.
