- Start by quartering the medium yellow onion and a generous bunch of fresh parsley. Place both in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef with the chopped onion and parsley mixture, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
- Take small portions of the meat mixture and mold them onto skewers, forming them into cylindrical shapes about 1-1.5 inches thick.
