Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by soaking sweet potato noodles in hot water for 30 minutes until pliable. Thinly slice beef against the grain and prepare vegetables.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add more sesame oil if necessary and stir-fry the sliced vegetables for 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Drain the soaked noodles and add to the pan with the cooked beef. Pour in soy sauce and mix vigorously over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
