Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil and spices. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Place a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  3. Lay the marinated chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Transfer cooked chicken to a cutting board, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
