Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add 3 Tazo Passion Herbal Tea bags and steep them for 5 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea bags and allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. While your tea cools, cut 2 cups of fresh watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl to extract the juice.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled tea with the freshly prepared watermelon juice and the juice of one lime. Stir well.
  4. Cover the pitcher and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare glasses filled with ice. Pour the Watermelon Refresher over the ice and garnish with fresh lime slices.
