  • 1 cup Cotija Cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Preparation

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy dressing over the salad ingredients, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Using two large spoons, gently toss everything together to ensure thorough coating.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more salt, pepper, or chili powder if desired.
