Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Next, take 6-8 fresh mint leaves and add them to the glass with the muddled strawberries. Gently muddle the mint leaves for an additional 5-10 seconds.
  3. Pour in about 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup and the juice of half a lime into the glass. Stir the mixture gently for about 10 seconds.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, reaching just below the rim.
  5. Pour about 4-6 ounces of club soda or sparkling water over the ice, filling the glass to the brim.
  6. Gently stir the drink for about 5 seconds to combine the flavors and garnish as desired.
