Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 2 cups of fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea flowers and steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. While the tea cools, muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves with 1 ounce of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice and 1.5 ounces of Lyres White Cane Spirit. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
