  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic, then cover with a towel.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, rolling each into a ball and flattening slightly.
  5. Roll each ball into a disc about 6-8 inches in diameter.
