  4. Knead the Dough: Add the egg and knead for 5–6 minutes until the dough feels soft and elastic.
  5. Let the Dough Rest: Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes covered with a cloth while preheating the oven.
  6. Roll Out the Dough: Roll the dough into a 15x9-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  7. Add the Butter Filling: Spread softened butter over the dough evenly to the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the Cinnamon Sugar: Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the buttered dough.
  9. Roll the Dough and Cut: Roll tightly into a log and cut into 8–9 equal pieces.
