  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Use your favorite brand or try homemade.
  • 4 pieces Wooden Skewers Soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cubing the pork shoulder or tenderloin into uniform pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
  2. Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the cubed pork, making sure each piece is generously coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated pork and fresh pineapple cubes onto the skewers, alternating between both.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for about 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
