- Start by cubing the pork shoulder or tenderloin into uniform pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
- Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the cubed pork, making sure each piece is generously coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated pork and fresh pineapple cubes onto the skewers, alternating between both.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F.
- Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for about 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
