Preparation Steps
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan and panko mixture, pressing firmly for an even coating.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
