  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional

  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, extending over the edges, and coat with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly to a thickness of about 1 inch.
  4. Sprinkle granola and mini chocolate chips over the top, pressing them down gently into the mixture.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer and let it set for 3-4 hours until firm.
  6. Once frozen, lift the bars out using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
