Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • baking dish
  • Rolling Pin
  • Serrated knife
  • Kitchen towel

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, and salt to create a dry mix. Stir in warm milk and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, covering it. Allow it to rise in a warm area until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
  4. For the filling, mix together cinnamon, sugar, and chopped peach filling in a medium bowl.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 12x18 inches and spread the peach filling evenly across the surface.
  6. Starting from one long side, roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 even pieces.
  7. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish and cover them with a kitchen towel to rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over warm rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

Use warm milk to activate yeast, avoid rushing the rising process, and fresh peaches are preferred for better flavor.
