For the Caramel Layer
  • 11 oz Caramel Bits soft caramels can also be used

  • 1 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts optional, can be omitted
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips mix of milk and dark chocolate works well
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter for smoothness in chocolate topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the brownie mix with required ingredients, stir until just combined. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Beat together marshmallow fluff and peanut butter until smooth and spread evenly over cooled brownies.
  3. Microwave caramel bits with a splash of milk until melted, then pour over the nougat layer.
  4. Sprinkle dry roasted peanuts over the caramel and press down gently.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and additional peanut butter together until smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
  6. Let the brownies set at room temperature for 1-2 hours before cutting into squares.
