Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Slice baby potatoes in half and spread them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Add sliced kielbasa over the potatoes and brush with honey garlic sauce, returning to the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare broccoli florets by tossing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to the pan after kielbasa cooks.
  7. Roast for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  8. Drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over the dish and garnish with parsley before serving.
