Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then fold in the mashed ripe bananas, crushed pineapple, and coconut.
