Step-by-Step Instructions for VIRAL CHUCK ROAST
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Generously season the boneless beef chuck roast on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chuck roast into your preheated Dutch oven or a baking dish. Cover it with a lid or aluminum foil.
  4. Bake the roast for approximately 1 hour per pound, about 4 hours for a 4-pound roast.
