Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and position the rack on the bottom shelf.
  2. Lightly oil a pizza pan and spread the pizza dough over it, pressing it down to fit.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over the dough leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle ¾ of the shredded cheese over the pesto layer.
  5. Layer the red onion, roasted red peppers, artichokes, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes atop the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and crumbled feta over the veggies.
  7. Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbling.
  8. Let the pizza cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges and serve warm.
