Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart; season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap pita pockets in aluminum foil and warm in the oven for 5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove warmed pita pockets, fill with seasoned ground beef, and add fresh vegetables.
  6. Drizzle tzatziki sauce and sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
