- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart; season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap pita pockets in aluminum foil and warm in the oven for 5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
- Remove warmed pita pockets, fill with seasoned ground beef, and add fresh vegetables.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce and sprinkle feta cheese on top before serving.
