Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and lime juice until well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add unsalted butter until melted. Place beef hot dogs in the skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Preheat your broiler to high. Split the brioche buns and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spoon cream cheese filling onto each bun.
  4. Sprinkle coarsely shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the loaded buns. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 30-60 seconds until cheese is melted.
  5. Carefully remove from oven, add fresh cilantro on top of each hot dog, and serve immediately.
