- Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add both marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon zest and lemon extract, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour in Rice Krispies and stir gently until well coated.
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press down evenly with a buttered spatula.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the cooled treats.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes, then cut into squares or rectangles.
