Cupcake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, dried lavender, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, mixing gently.
- Spoon the batter into each cupcake liner about 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Beat the softened butter for the frosting until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla.
- Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them generously and garnish with dried lavender and a drizzle of honey.
