  • 1 tablespoon Honey agave syrup is a vegan-friendly alternative

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Place flank steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl. Adjust sriracha to taste and set aside.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until it reaches 130°F for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, sliced steak, green onions, shredded carrots, and cucumbers.
  5. Drizzle with spicy cream sauce and garnish with sesame seeds or additional green onions. Serve immediately.
