  • 1/4 cup Artichokes chopped, canned or jarred
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese or Pecorino Romano
  • 1/8 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 1 egg Egg for egg wash

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry.
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Cut the puff pastry in half and spread the filling on one side.
  4. Place the other half on top and press to seal, then cut into strips and twist.
  5. Beat the egg with water and brush it onto the swirls for a golden finish.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
