Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Flatten the chicken or pork cutlets to about ½-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge cutlets in flour, dip in egg, and coat in panko.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
