- In a small saucepan, gently heat milk, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until the butter melts.

- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt. Pour in the warm milk mixture and mashed ripe bananas.

- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.

- Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle about 18x12 inches.

- Spread softened butter on the rolled dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.

- Cover the rolls with a towel and let rise for 45-75 minutes until nearly doubled.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drizzle heavy cream over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
