Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- If adding proteins, toss them in oil and seasonings, then cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, diced onion, and minced garlic; sauté for 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Incorporate diced carrots and frozen peas, cook for 4-5 minutes until carrots are tender.
- Add the cold, cooked rice and low-sodium soy sauce, mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Push the rice mixture to one side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked, then mix with the rice.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions over the rice and stir gently, cook for another minute.
- Transfer the fried rice to a serving platter and enjoy hot, optionally with grilled protein.
