  • 2 large Eggs Beat them before adding.
For Flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use low-sodium to control saltiness.
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Sliced for garnish.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. If adding proteins, toss them in oil and seasonings, then cook in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, diced onion, and minced garlic; sauté for 3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Incorporate diced carrots and frozen peas, cook for 4-5 minutes until carrots are tender.
  5. Add the cold, cooked rice and low-sodium soy sauce, mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Push the rice mixture to one side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked, then mix with the rice.
  7. Sprinkle sliced green onions over the rice and stir gently, cook for another minute.
  8. Transfer the fried rice to a serving platter and enjoy hot, optionally with grilled protein.
