Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather the ingredients.
  2. Pat the Chilean sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add butter and garlic to the skillet. Stir in white wine if using.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the fish is opaque.
  6. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
