Preparation Steps
- Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder into a bowl or glass to prevent clumps.
- Heat water to approximately 175°F (80°C) and pour in about 2 ounces. Whisk using a bamboo whisk in a 'w' shape for about 30 seconds until frothy.
- Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the prepared matcha mixture over the ice cubes.
- Gently pour in about 6 ounces of your preferred dairy-free milk along the side of the glass. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup and stir well to combine.
- Enjoy your Iced Matcha Latte immediately!
