Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once potatoes are roasted, push them to one side of the skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, place salmon fillets skin-side down, pour half of the honey garlic sauce over salmon, and arrange broccoli around them.
  5. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes with a fork and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. In the last 2 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan over the broccoli and potatoes.
  7. Drizzle the remaining honey garlic sauce over everything and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
