Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by pouring your 28-32 oz bag of homestyle fully-cooked frozen meatballs into a large slow cooker. Spread evenly at the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of ketchup, 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- Check for doneness; meatballs should be tender with a thickened and shiny sauce. Cook an additional 30 minutes on low if not heated properly.
- Serve the meatballs warm over rice or pasta, using a slotted spoon to allow excess sauce to drip back.
