Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 can of diced tomatoes, ensuring to drain excess liquid. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Cook your favorite pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Toss the drained pasta with the creamy beef sauce.
