Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the cabbage into thin strips and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: In a nonstick pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add Cabbage and Flavorings: Once the beef is browned, add chopped cabbage, half of the garlic, tamari sauce, and more olive oil. Cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Combine Remaining Ingredients: Uncover and add remaining tamari, olive oil, ginger, and garlic. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Dish out the stir-fry onto plates, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and enjoy!
