Cooking Steps
- Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add your chopped chicken, spreading it evenly across the pan. Sear the chicken for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic, allowing its aromatic scent to fill your kitchen. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage, grated carrot, and any optional cauliflower. Stir well for about 3–4 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly.
- Reduce the heat to medium, cover the skillet, and let it cook for another 5 minutes. This will steam the vegetables.
- Once the vegetables are tender, remove the skillet from the heat. Spoon the mix into bowls and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top, finishing with fresh cilantro and chopped green onions.

Notes
Allow the dish to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. For the best experience, add fresh garnishes after reheating.
