Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice into bars and garnish with chopped pistachios or honey.
